HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tall cans Milnot
6 1/3 c. whole milk

Beat eggs well and add sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat thoroughly. Add milnot and milk. (To prevent quick melting add 1 tablespoons unflavored gelatin which has been dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water). All ingredients (except gelatin) should be chilled before placing in a 4 quart home freezer. Follow directions that come with freezer concerning how to freezer. Makes 4 quarts ice cream.
