HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
For 6 quart freezer.

5 eggs
3 1/4 c. sugar
1 pint whipping cream
1 qt. Half and Half
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. vanilla
3 3 1/2 c. milk

Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar, salt, flour, vanilla, whipping cream and Half and Half. Mix well. Pour in ice cream freezer and add remaining 3 to 3 1/2 cups milk. (This recipe makes 5 quarts, but completely fills a 6 quart frezzer after frozen.)
