Top with parmesan cheese before baking and maybe a little bit of breadcrumbs. Add some seasoning like fresh cracked pepper, garlic and dill. Needs more flavor but a good place to start.

I loved this recipe. I'm not much of a cook and would have never attempted to cook fish, but i had some flounder and found this recipe and tried it. it is so simple and quick. Most importantly, it taste good. Even more important, my husband actually liked it..and he doesn't like anything.

I love this recipe!!!! Its very tasty and verrryyy easy. I add about a half lemon to a whole lemon. A tablespoon doesn't seem like enough lemon juice. Cracked pepper is also a nice touch to this wonderful recipe!

Tried this recipe the other night and it was a hit! I did tweek it a little as I do all recipes I run into. I like alot of flavor when I eat food. I swear people tell me I should be a food critic...lol

I added diced onions, garlic salt, salt, cracked black pepper and cayenne pepper for a little heat and sprinkled some dill weed on top for presentation and flavor. I served it over Red rice (Guamanian Red rice) and baked asparagus. Yummy!!! All the flavors combined turned out really good.

My husband and kids loved it!!! Especially my little one who usually frowns on fish asked for seconds.

If you haven't tried this recipe you should and it doesn't take long to make at all.

I'm not that much of an experienced cook so I was wondering if the recipe would work with Swai fillets, it's a white fish kind of like tilapia.
