Was ok tasted exactly like Au Gratin Potatoes. For the work involved I would just get some boxed Au Gratin Potatoes and save the effort.

Fantastic! This was better than any potato soup I've had at a restaurant. Very little prep and I came home to a delicious gourmet soup.

I thought this soup was great! Simple, easy and delicious!I disagree with the review that it tastes like potatoes au gratin. I did end up cooking it a little longer--about 7.5 hours

Very good! (I like my potato soup a little thick, but I just added some flour and a little more milk when it was all done and stirred it in, and it was fantastic!). Great recipe, thank you for sharing!!

Super simple and made a lot of soup - filled my large crockpot, which I took to potluck, and got rave reviews. I used my blender to puree the soup in batches, and it was nicely thick and very tasty.

My family loves this soup and I love the fact that it's easy to put together.

I strongly disagree with the review that says it tastes like Augratin potatoes.

I LOVE THIS RECIPE AS WELL AS MY CHILDREN AND RELATIVES!! However, does anyone know if this can be pre prepped and put in refrigerator overnight to start in the morning or how to make it quicker to start in the morning if going to work from 6am until 4pm??
