CROCK POT POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can Cream of Chicken soup

Mix all ingredients together and cook in crock pot 4 hours on high or 6 to 8 hours on low.

This was really good but I think next time I would cut back to 1/4 cup of butter and saute the onions in the butter to soften them before adding to the rest of the ingredients. To me there was a lot of butter "floating" on top. It was very good though and I would definitely make it again.
