I just put them in the oven uncovered and they turned out delicious. My whole family loved them.

Delicious; cooked two boneless pork chops using above recipe. 350°F for one hour is too long... Good thing I was closely watching....45 min is plenty. The pork was nice and juicy.

Easy recipe! And very delicious. . I didn't have bread crumbs so I used Ritz Crackers instead. Still turned out perfect. Will definitely be using again.

Can you place them on a cookie sheet with low sides too or does it have to be a pan with higher sides?
