1 box cake mix (white or yellow)
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 stick butter
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar

Blend cake mix, 2 eggs and 1 stick butter. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine cream cheese, 1/4 stick of butter, 2 eggs and 1 pound sugar. Beat and spread on top of cake mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
