OVEN BAKED PORK - CHOPS | |
4-6 chops 1 can mushroom 2 cans mushroom soup 2 sliced onions Salt Pepper Oil for frying Brown chops in heavy skillet, using cooking oil. Transfer to baking dish. Drain fat from skillet, then add the soup, mushrooms with the juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Heat for 5 minutes. Place chops on soup and spoon soup over chops. Place sliced onions on top. Cover with foil. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Tip: Don't peek until they are nearly done! |
