OVEN BAKED PORK - CHOPS 
4-6 chops
1 can mushroom
2 cans mushroom soup
2 sliced onions
Salt
Pepper
Oil for frying

Brown chops in heavy skillet, using cooking oil. Transfer to baking dish. Drain fat from skillet, then add the soup, mushrooms with the juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Heat for 5 minutes. Place chops on soup and spoon soup over chops. Place sliced onions on top. Cover with foil.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

Tip: Don't peek until they are nearly done!

I'm lazy, so I just took 3 very thick chops, seared them and warmed up a can of mushroom soup. Popped em in the oven under the tinfoil, and cooked for 30 minutes at 350°F. They cooked TOO FAST. I should've check at just 20 minutes, because at ½ hour they'd reached 190°F int temp and were overcooked. Interestingly enough, they were still tasty and moist because of the steam cooking effect and because they'd been seared. I was happily surprised I'd not ruined dinner.
