whoa! this is SO good, my husband & I ate so much more because it tasted so delicious we couldn't stop ourselves. This is creamy, fresh, flavor-rich and very authentic italian taste.

The recipe sounds great and I would love to try it but I'm not sure what is considered cream and heavy cream, can someone help me out? Thanks Donna

I added two extra teaspoons of butter, two heaping spoonfuls of romano cheese, and a dash of basil, thyme, and parsley to the recipe. The original was slightly bland. Be careful to keep the heat on the stove relatively low so the sauce doesn't boil and burn. Also, let the sauce simmer a bit on low heat before pouring over the rest of your dish (we had chicken, broccoli, ziti), then let sit for 5-10 minutes so the sauce can thicken. It's much too thin to eat right away.

The taste was great though, right up there with the Italian restaurants.

Great!!! My husband does not like parmesan cheese so he does not usually eat Alfredo, but I could not keep him away from it.

This recipe was good, I've made Alfredo sauce many times and this by far is the easiest, so worth it when time is an issue. Can be thickened with egg yolk, my grandma made hers that way.... But use half 'n half if that's the case.

This recipe is amazing! So simple and definitely it is the real thing, scrumptious! Better yet, it's a free-food on a keto diet.
THANK YOU WHITNEY!!!
