CROCK POT BARBECUE 
1 (3-4 lb.) pork loin or Boston butt roast
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/4-1/2 c. ketchup
6-8 tbsp. meat broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Texas Pete hot sauce to taste

Brown meat on all sides. Put meat, sugar, salt and vinegar in crock pot and cook 10 to 12 hours or until done.

Remove meat from crock pot. Remove bones and chop into small pieces. Mix remaining ingredients for sauce and toss with meat.

Was so easy! I added a little more stuff since roast was bigger. It was my first-time using vinegar like that and I must say, I liked it. The meat was fell off the bones tender and moist. Its one of those recipes that you can follow over and over again but offer different kind of sauce.
