FRESH VEGETABLE RELISH 
2 med. tomatoes
1 med. cucumber
1 med. onion
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. green pepper
2 lg. stalks celery
1 med. zucchini
1/2 c. vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all the ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours. Drain. Put in jars and refrigerate.
