3 c. Bisquick
1/2 lb. sharp grated cheese
1 lb. hot sausage (can mix 1/2 hot & 1/2 mild)

In large mixing bowl, put Bisquick and uncooked sausage; mix with hands and add grated cheese. Mix well. Roll into quarter-size balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Reheat before serving or can be served at room temperature.

Makes about 10 dozen.
