QUICK AND EASY SAUSAGE BALLS | |
1 lb. R.B. Rice's mild sausage 2 c. Bisquick 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese Mix cheese into sausage well. Add Bisquick and mix in well. Roll into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls and bake on cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Note: Balls should be pretty dry when rolling up. If not, add another 1/4 cup of Bisquick. They will soften up as sausage cooks. They shouldn't stick to your hand much when rolling into balls. They taste like a sausage biscuit like those served at a fast food place. |
