QUICK SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1 lb. sausage
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can biscuits (cut in fourths)
16 oz. can undrained tomatoes
4 oz. can undrained mushrooms
1/2 c. onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage and onion then sprinkle in flour. Add rest of ingredients. Heat until bubbling and it starts to thicken. Dump mixture in casserole dish and top with cut biscuits. Bake 400 degrees until biscuits browned then remove and to biscuits with cheese. Put back in oven until cheese melts. 5-6 servings.
