EASY RICE KRISPIE TREATS WITH BUTTERSCOTCH MORSELS | |
For peanut butter fans. 1 (11 oz.) bag butterscotch morsels (I use Toll House) 1 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth) 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal Coat a 9x13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam) and set aside. Coat a large pot with non-stick cooking spray. Add morsels and peanut butter and melt over low heat, stirring often. When totally melted, remove from heat and immediately add cereal. Stir till cereal is well coated. Spread in prepared 9x13 pan. Chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Cut and serve chilled or at room temperature. Submitted by: Carol K. |
