After searching on net a bit to find good coleslaw dressing, I found this one. I made it as written but added 1/4 tsp coriander. It came out great. It has nice creamy flavor with a little bit of spice. This is the taste of coleslaw that I remember.

I used fig vinegar for this dressing for my red cabbage, carrots, dried cranberry coleslaw and everyone raved about it. Easy & different!

Ran across this recipe and tried it and love it. Did make a couple of changes for health reasons. Used Greek low fat yogurt in place of the sour cream. It wasn't quite a cup of added low fat ranch dressing which gave it a very unique flavor. These were the only 2 changes and I can't imagine it tasting any better in the original form.
