KNUDSON EGGNOG PIE | |
1 pkg. (3.5-4oz) vanilla pudding 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin 2 c. Knudson eggnog 1/2 tsp. rum extract or vanilla 1 c. whipping cream 9-inch baked pie shell Combine pudding, gelatin and eggnog in pan and cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla or rum. Chill. Whip cream until stiff. Beat eggnog mixture until smooth and fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell and chill several hours until set. Garnish with whipped cream, nutmeg or chocolate shavings. |
