SCALLOPS IMPERIAL 
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. scallops
1/3 c. chopped pimentos (well drained)
2/3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. paprika

Saute pepper in butter; add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce. Add scallops (or other seafood) place mixture in casserole. Combine pimentos, crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
