CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 pt. crab meat
Salt and pepper
1 pkg. soda crackers
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1 recipe white sauce
1 stick butter, melted
Old Bay Seasoning

Spray a quart baking dish with Pam. Crush crackers and fill the bottom of the dish. Put 1 layer of crab meat, then half of the mayonnaise and egg mixed together, half of the white sauce, salt and pepper, some Old Bay Seasoning, then repeat the same process, ending with a shallow layer of crackers. Pour melted butter over all of top layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. This is an Eastern Shore of Maryland recipe.
