CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 egg
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. capers, drained
2 slices white bread cubes
1 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese
1 lemon, quartered
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. crab
2 tbsp. green peppers, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine egg, mayonnaise, dry mustard, Worcestershire and lemon juice. Mix. Add crab, green peppers and bread cubes. Toss lightly until well combined. Turn into shallow 1 quart baking dish. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
