CRAB IMPERIAL (HAUSSNERS) 
1 lb. backfin crab meat
2 slices bread, crust removed
2 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. parsley
Paprika and yellow food coloring

Pick crab meat. Cut bread in cubes. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper, Worcestershire sauce. Add bread and parsley. Fold in crab meat carefully. Spoon into baking dishes. Top with sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

WHITE SAUCE:

Use basic white sauce, dash salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of yellow food coloring.
