CHICKEN DINNER BARS (No Bake) 
I make these bars in the microwave using the high setting. I use a 2 quart pyrex measuring cup. I make the first layer and clean the bowl, make the second and clean the bowl and do the same with the third layer. You can also make them on a stove top.

1ST LAYER:

1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
4 tbsp. butter
4 c. Rice Krispies

Melt marshmallows and butter together. Add Rice Krispies. It takes about a minute in the microwave. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan (that has been buttered).

2ND LAYER:

1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. white syrup
3/4 c. peanut butter

Heat sugar and syrup until melted. About 2 minutes in the microwave. I stir it after the first minute. Do not boil. Add peanut butter and spread over first layer.

3RD LAYER (FROSTING) :

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Bring sugar, butter and milk to boil, remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows. Stir until melted and spread over second layer. These bars keep best in the refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
