PILLSBURY CRESCENT CHEESECAKE 
2 lg. pkgs. Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1/2 - 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Spread 1 package crescent rolls to fit bottom of 9x13 pan (sprayed with Pam).

Whip cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and egg yolk and spread over rolls.

Spread second package crescent rolls to fit over cream cheese mixture. Whip egg white and spread over rolls.

Mix 1/2 cup sugar, nuts and cinnamon together and sprinkle over top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

I made this last night and it was real yummy! I added the cinnamon and sugar (I only used about 1/3 of a cup for less) to the crescent bottom not the top and did not use nuts and it tasted great!
