BLT DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. bacon
2 med. tomatoes

Cook bacon until crispy, drain grease, dice tomatoes, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, bacon and tomatoes, mix well. Serve with toast.

Love this! I like to increase the sour cream to 1 1/2 c and mix night before except for tomatoes which I put in right before serving. I also take out the seeds and drain so dip doesn't get watery. Serve mine with round Hawaiian bread and guests tear off to dip as needed to avoid bread getting dried out.Best when tomatoes in season too!!!
