BBQ PULLED PORK SANDWICHES | |
3 to 4 lb. pork loin roast (boneless) salt and pepper, to taste Coca Cola (enough to almost cover roast) 1 medium onion, sliced 1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce (your favorite) Put roast in bottom of Crock-Pot. Season with salt and pepper. Pour enough coke over roast to almost cover. Throw in slices of onion. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Drain coke, remove onion and pull apart roast. Pour in entire bottle of barbecue sauce, stir well and cook on LOW for another 3 to 4 hours. Serve on buns. Note: I fill buns, put in sandwich bags and freeze for later. Submitted by: Patti |
