BARBECUE PORK SANDWICHES 
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. pork roast, chopped
1 c. water
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Simmer approximately 1 hour. Serve on hot buns. (Add water if more juice is needed.)
