BAKED APPLE DUMPLINGS 
6 apples, peeled and cored
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 can biscuits (country style)
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Roll out biscuit to approximately 6 inch diameter. Place apple in center of flattened biscuit. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon, top each apple with 1 teaspoon. Bring up corners of biscuit and twist and pinch together, place side by side in a well buttered pan.
