CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 1/2 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
3 to 4 tbsp. flour
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten

Remove any shell or cartilage from crab meat. Cook onion and pepper in melted butter until tender. Blend in flour to make a paste. Add milk gradually to make a thick white sauce. Stir constantly. Add seasonings, beaten egg and crab meat. Place in 6 well greased baking shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. This can be baked in one casserole 30-35 minutes.
