DAWN'S SUPER SUMMER POTATO SALAD 
10 med. potatoes, peeled, cut up then boiled and drained
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
4 tbsp. brown mustard (can use horseradish)
1 tsp. celery seed or 2 stalks fresh chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. salt-free seasoning (creole)
1 tsp. powdered garlic
1/4 c. imitation bacon bits

Mix everything together into a small bowl, except potatoes. Fold the "dressing" into the cooled cooked potatoes with rubber spatula until thoroughly mixed. Chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
