GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST | |
Graham crackers (20-22 squares) crushed until fine, about 1 1/4 c. 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 stick butter, melted Mix crumbs and sugar. Stir into melted butter. Mix well. Press firmly on bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan. Chill 1 hour before filling or bake crust in oven 375 degrees about 7 minutes. Cool before filling. |
