BISQUICK PIZZA | |
Crust: 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1 cup Bisquick Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 1 pie plate per 4 servings. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, and Bisquick 15 seconds in blender on high. Pour into pie plate. Bake 20 minutes or until browned on edges and cooked in center. Toppings (mix and match - choose any toppings desired): 1/2 cup prepared pizza sauce (or more if you like) bell peppers/hot peppers, chopped (to your taste) 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated 2 cup Mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 lb. sausage or ground beef 1/4 c. onions, thinly sliced or chopped 2-3 cloves garlic, minced or pureed sliced mushrooms extra virgin olive oil Italian seasonings (basil, oregano, rosemary, hot pepper flakes) Spread pizza sauce over top. Sprinkle chosen toppings over the top evenly (cheese first). Drizzle a small amount of olive oil unevenly over the top, if desired. Bake 10-15 minutes, until cheese is light brown. Cool 15 minutes before serving. 4 Servings. |
