BISQUICK QUICHE
This quiche forms it's own crust.

1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & chopped
Dash of salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 c. milk
1 sm. onion, sauteed
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Parsley flakes (a little)

Grease a 10 inch pan or 3 small muffin tins. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, onion and seasonings in blender. Pour into bowl and fold in bacon and cheese. You can also use 1/2 pound of ham, or seafood, sauteed with the onion instead of bacon.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until a thin knife inserted in center comes out clean.

When I first made this Quiche, I couldn't believe something so good could be so easy. When I make it the regular way, people leave the crust that I have worked so hard to make. But with this one, they eat every morsel.

Grease a 10 inch pan or 3 small muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 of an hour or until done. Exactly what am I baking? The recipe instructions are a bit confusing to me. I can try to decifer it but then I might be wrong and it not turn out right.

You pour the contents of the mixing bowl into the pan. Easy recipe and delicious, a staple in my house.

I have made these as mini quiche but used spam, I like the fact that you don't need a crust.

My mothers friend gave me this recipe at my bridal shower 25 years ago. That recipe had a few tiny differences. I have used it ever since. I also make it in a 13x9-inch pan or 2 smaller pans and then cut into squares, I just add more stuff to the mix. I use what ever we want just like making a pizza to order. Also I use half and half for 1 cup of the milk on special occasions and it always comes out great. Also it does not matter what cheese you use anything tastes great.

I halved the recipe, and it made 7 muffins and I baked it for 22 minutes. Very easy make ahead breakfast for the kids to grab in the morning.

Very vague directions but a good start to a nice little breakfast/brunch. I doubled the recipe and made 24 mini muffins (baked at 350°F for 18 minutes) and 1 larger quiche, 350°F, 28 minutes. I used bacon and onion in the mini quiche cups. In the large quiche, I used onion and broccoli. Also, I used 1 cup of Mexican blend cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella instead of the 4 whopping cups of swiss.

A winner! I substituted nutmeg for the cayenne, 3/4 cream for part of the milk, diced ham for the bacon. I added sauteed red bell pepper, fresh basil, and a bit of tomato on top. So easy!

We have been making "impossible" crust Bisquick pies for over 30 years. You can't go wrong and you can change ingredients around to suit your family's taste buds. Swiss cheese is the ingredient that makes this quiche tasty. I do use 5 eggs sometimes, you can add a little more Bisquick (we use generic or our own handmade mix) and use ham instead of bacon. We have used cheddar with the ham for a different taste. Excellent recipe, great to do with children. I love pie crust quiche however this recipe is a good substitute.

This is a great recipe! I mixed in 1 and 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup of sour cream to the egg and bisquick mixture. I sauteed some mushrooms and sweet bell peppers and folded them into the egg mixture. I didn't have white onions but chopped raw green onions and folded them into the mixture as well. Added some garlic powder to the spices. I crumbled the crispy bacon lightly over the TOP of the quiche prior to baking so that it would stay crispy. I didn't have swiss and added a mixture of cheddar, parmesean and colby jack. Fantastic! This recipe could have so many variations with veggies. Whatever you have on hand! Will certainly keep this recipe to use again and again!
