CRUSTLESS BACON & EGG QUICHE 
8 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. Cheddar cheese

In blender, combine all ingredients except bacon and cheese. Pour into a 10 inch greased pie pan. Sprinkle top with crumbled bacon and cheese. Press down gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Love this! I add thawed hash brown potatoes and veggies. It takes about 45 minutes to cook.
