CRUSTLESS BACON AND EGG QUICHE 
8 strips bacon
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter (melted)
Dash of pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Fry or microwave bacon until crisp: crumble and set aside. In blender combine milk, Bisquick, eggs, butter and pepper; blend for 15 seconds. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top of egg mixture; gently press below surface with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I made this recipe with pretty much the same ingredients that I luckily had lying around. Turned out great, and was very easy to make! My family ate it up right away. All I did differently was cut up some spinach leaves in it, and used a pre-shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese mix.
