NAPA VALLEY BARBECUED CHICKEN 
3 lb. fryer, cut up
Seasoned flour
1/4 c. butter
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. sherry or water
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 minced med. onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Coat chicken with seasoned flour. In hot melted butter in skillet, cook chicken until evenly browned. Remove to 2 quart casserole. Start heating oven to 325 degrees. In sauce pan, combine catsup and next 7 ingredients; bring to boil. Pour over chicken. Bake, covered, 1 1/4 hours or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
