NAPA VALLEY CHICKEN 
6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
Seasoned flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sherry or wine
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. melted butter

Coat chicken with seasoned flour. Saute in hot butter. Remove to 2 quart casserole. In skillet, combine ketchup and other ingredients to boil. Pour over chicken. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees or microwave 18 to 20 minutes, turning dish every 5 minutes. Great served with noodles or rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
