I first tried this recipe way back in the 70s and lost the recipe. Fast, easy, and it works! So glad I found it again.

I too used to make this recipe often and had lost it. It was so easy to make and it makes it's own crust, just like recipe said it would. I am happy to find it again on this website. Thanks Cooks.com

My grandmother used to make this quite often. I tried my hand at a custard pie recently, thinking, "well, this was easy". Was disappointed with my result. Can't wait to try this! This is the one I was trying to replicate. One of my aunt's knew right away that it should be on the side of a Bisquick box. Not on the box anymore, but love that I found it on cooks.com!

I too used to make this as a kid back in the 70's. I remember it being delicious! I just forwarded it on to my wife, who is an incredible baker! I am sure I will find this in the house before Christmas!!

I had/have a Bisquick book that has all of the impossible pies in it. I can't seem to locate it. I use to make this quite often. I have been searching the internet for this particular recipe even at Bisquick.com. Finally found it! I saved it and the web site. Thank you Cooks.com.
