IMPOSSIBLE CUSTARD PIE 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
5 tsp. softened shortening or butter
2 tsp. vanilla or 1 tsp. pure vanilla, nutmeg or cinnamon

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for 1 minute at high speed. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch pyrex pie dish.

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
