IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk

Blend all together in blender on #2, 1 to 2 minutes. Grease 9 inch pie pan. Fill and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
