IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
2 c. milk 4 eggs 1/3 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. coconut 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients in blender; blend 1 minute. Pour into well greased and floured 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until custard sets. Flour makes a crust and custard rises to the top. |
