ROCKERS BRATS 
Brats
water
onions
olive oil
granulated garlic
salt and pepper
bread rolls
cheese

Simmer Brats on low heat in a saucepan with water, sliced onions, 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper for 30 minutes. Grill for 10 minutes or until browned.

Toast roll and serve with onions and yellow mustard.
