CHEESY BRAT STEW | |
6 brats (1/2 inch pieces) 4 med. potatoes, cubed 1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained 1 sm. chopped onion 1/2 c. grated Cheddar, American, or Velveeta cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. water Cook brat pieces, drain well, then add remaining ingredients. Allow them to cook slowly for 30 minutes in covered skillet or until potatoes are done; then add cheese. When melted ready to serve. |
