“PORK TENDERLOIN” IS IN:

PORK TENDERLOIN 
2 lb. pork tenderloin

MARINADE:

2 cloves garlic, diced
4 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. wine or balsamic vinegar
2/3 cup soy sauce
1 red onion, minced
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients. Pour over the meat and marinate overnight. Put meat into a shallow baking dish with the marinade.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 160°F), basting every ten minutes.

Recipe may be doubled. Served accompanied by fried rice.

This was very good - very tasty - I only marinated for 3 hours. Next time I'll marinate overnight, and we like things on the sweet side, so I put a little more honey and brown sugar than the recipe called for - really, very very tasty.

Outstanding! I substituted the red onion for half of a sweet onion (red onions give me migraines for some reason). Apart from that, I stuck to the recipe and it was just amazing. It was also incredibly easy.
