MEXICAN HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped up
1 (#2 1/2) can tomatoes, chopped up
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 can niblet corn
Garlic, salt, pepper (I put Jalapeno or black pepper)
1 lb. pkg. noodles
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Sear the meat medium. Add onion, salt and pepper. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Cook noodles as directed. Do not over cook and put cheese on top and bake 30 minutes or more.
