APRICOT COBBLER 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2 c. hot sweetened canned apricots, juice included
Pyrex baking dish (7x11)

Melt butter in baking dish. Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and pour batter over butter in casserole. Pour hot fruit over mixture. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes until crunch brown on top.
