BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
2 pt. baskets blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 c. unsifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lg. egg
2 tbsp. milk

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 8 inch round baking dish. In dish, combine berries, 1/4 cup sugar, corn starch, 1 tablespoon butter, lemon juice and rind and cloves. In a small bowl combine flour, remaining 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.

Stir in egg, milk and the remaining 2 tablespoons butter until a soft dough forms. Drop by tablespoons onto blueberry mixture. Bake cobbler 25 to 30 minutes until topping is golden and filling bubbles. Delicious with ice cream.
