SEASONED CHICKEN AND BISCUITS 
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups chicken broth (Swanson)
2/3 cup milk
1 (12 oz.) can premium chunk chicken with liquid (Swanson)
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk

Melt butter in medium pan over medium heat. Stir in flour (I use 1/2 regular flour and 1/2 seasoned flour; add 1 to 2 teaspoons more chicken seasoning and salt to taste if using regular flour). Add canned chicken including liquid and mix well. Gradually add broth, milk, and seasoning (can add vegetables if desired). Simmer while making biscuits.

Follow directions on box of Bisquick, except make into 6 or 7 large biscuits. If needed, add more broth to pan before spooning over biscuits.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
