PEPPERONI LOAF 
1 pizza dough rolled to 1/4 inch rectangle

Brush with a mixture of 1 egg and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Layer 1/4 pound of wafer pepperoni down center (3 rows). Top with 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella. Fold over and bake, seam side down, 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated 400 degree oven.
