PEPPERONI AND SAUSAGE BREAD 
2 lbs. pizza dough or 2 loaves, frozen bread dough, thawed
1 stick pepperoni, chopped sm.
6 links Italian sausage
1/4 c. shredded pizza cheese
1 egg

Peel and cut pepperoni; boil in saucepan about 10 minutes to remove grease. Remove sausage from casing and fry lightly; drain and put aside. Roll out dough until thin. Mix pepperoni, cheese, and sausage together. Sprinkle over the rolled dough. Roll up in jelly roll fashion and baste with beaten egg on seam on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
