PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 frozen bread dough
1 egg, beaten
1 c. grated Provolone cheese
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Approx. 1 1/2 c. thinly sliced pepperoni
Sesame seeds (opt.)

Thaw dough by directions and let rise. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Spread dough on cookie sheet to about 1/2 inch thickness. Brush dough with beaten egg. Layer pepperoni, then cheeses, then another layer of pepperoni. Roll bread CAREFULLY, tuck under ends of bread and seal bread dough. Brush bread with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or nicely browned. You may substitute crumbled Italian sausage in place of pepperoni.
